What You’ll Do
- Find new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer
- Generate leads and manage outreach through emails or messaging
- Understand project requirements and create compelling proposals
- Handle cost estimation, pricing strategies, and proposal design
- Manage and update CRM tools with client data and pipeline tracking
- Follow up with leads and negotiate to close deals smoothly
- Work with project managers to transition clients after deal closure
- Support in building sales funnels and automating outreach efforts
What You’ll Need
Required Skills / Certifications
- Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)
- Strong lead generation and outreach skills
- Understanding of cost structuring, packages, and service pricing
- Good command of written and spoken English for client communication
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing
- Ability to negotiate and close deals confidently
- Proposal formatting and creative pitch writing skills
The Following Are Not Required, But Certainly a Plus
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B sales
- Knowledge of digital marketing or web development services
- Understanding of cold outreach tools or automation tools
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for cost tracking and planning
