Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to drive user growth, revenue, and brand awareness for CupidWorld.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to uncover new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Lead outreach efforts to potential partners, clients, and key stakeholders across relevant industries.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align growth strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential partners and clients.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with CupidWorld’s mission and user-first approach.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor movements, and market shifts to inform strategy.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and partnership success metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within tech, digital services, or community-focused platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable growth plans.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in pitching and stakeholder management.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfort with using data to track performance, assess market trends, and drive decision-making.
- Negotiation: Strong deal-closing skills and the ability to build win-win agreements.
