Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to drive user growth, revenue, and brand awareness for CupidWorld.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to uncover new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
  • Lead outreach efforts to potential partners, clients, and key stakeholders across relevant industries.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align growth strategies with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential partners and clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals that align with CupidWorld’s mission and user-first approach.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor movements, and market shifts to inform strategy.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and partnership success metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within tech, digital services, or community-focused platforms.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable growth plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in pitching and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfort with using data to track performance, assess market trends, and drive decision-making.
  • Negotiation: Strong deal-closing skills and the ability to build win-win agreements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments or digital community platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and sales automation processes.
  • Familiarity with partnership contracts, business metrics, and revenue-driving models.
  • Understanding of user acquisition channels and growth marketing tactics.
