Human Resources Executive

Who You Are
- Fresher: If you are a fresher in HR and want to grow your professional career, you are at the right place. Here you will learn multitasking abilities, explore new things, and play multiple roles at the same time.
- Mid-Level HR: You can take your existing HR experience ONE Step UP with us. We help & corporate you to grow yourself and help you to explore new opportunities in HR roles.
- Senior Level HR: We consider that you are definitely well aware of all areas of HR roles, including company policies, employee compliance, payrolls, onboarding, event management, and resource augmentation. Then you will get the opportunity to build the company’s Brand Reputation and do Admin work.
What You’ll Do
- Handle end-to-end hiring process (job posting, screening, shortlisting, calling, scheduling interviews)
- Conduct HR rounds and follow up with candidates
- Prepare offer letters, joining documents, and maintain employee records
- Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities
- Plan and manage team activities and culture-building events
- Support daily HR operations and internal communication
- Maintain attendance, leaves, and other HR data in Google Sheets or HR tools
- Build a friendly and professional relationship with all team members
What You’ll Need
Required Skills / Certifications
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Good communication skills (written + verbal in English and Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documents
- Comfortable making phone calls and handling interviews
- Strong soft skills and people-handling ability
- Organized, responsible, and ready to take initiative
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
The Following Are Not Required, But Certainly a Plus
- Experience in a digital agency or startup environment
- Knowledge of HR tools like Keka, Zoho People, etc.
- Event or team culture management experience
- Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance
