What You’ll Do
- Build and manage content calendars for multiple platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts tailored to each platform
- Drive community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Monitor platform trends and adapt strategies to boost visibility and reach
- Collaborate with design teams to develop image and video creatives
- Analyze insights from Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other analytics dashboards
- Suggest improvements to increase engagement, followers, and brand presence
- Stay updated with algorithm changes, new features, and best practices
- Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for reach, leads, and ROI
What You’ll Need
Required Skills / Certifications
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
- Ability to plan and execute a consistent content calendar
- Experience in community management and growing engagement organically
- Designing skills for images, reels, and short-form video content
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
- Proven ability to strategize and adapt based on trends and data

- Knowledge of paid ads across Meta platforms
- Experience with influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns
