These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website ashwaryainfotech.com (the “Site”) and the digital marketing and AI-powered marketing services provided by Ashwarya Infotech Private Limited (“Ashwarya Infotech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
Ashwarya Infotech provides digital marketing and AI-powered marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content writing, video creation, email marketing, market research, and AI automation (AI agents, GHL and n8n workflows, and related services). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be set out separately in a proposal, quote, or service agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement governs.
Fees for our services will be communicated to you before work begins and are due according to the payment schedule agreed in your proposal or service agreement. Late or missing payment may result in a pause or termination of services. Prices for packaged offerings shown on this Site (such as SEO packages) are starting points and may vary based on the final agreed scope.
Digital marketing outcomes, including search rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, and advertising performance, depend on factors outside our control, such as platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity. While we apply industry best practices to every engagement, we do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or other results.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Ashwarya Infotech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created for a client as part of a paid engagement transfer to that client according to the terms of the relevant service agreement, once payment for that work has been received in full.
Our services may involve third-party platforms and tools we do not control, such as Google, Meta, Amazon, YouTube, Shopify, WordPress, GoHighLevel, n8n, and OpenAI. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by these third parties that affect your campaigns or automations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashwarya Infotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement according to the notice period set out in the relevant service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
